What happens if it rains?
Light rain is common in Florida and charters are not canceled for passing showers. Trips may be canceled for severe weather, tropical storms, or if the captain determines conditions are unsafe.

What is the cancellation policy?
Trips may be canceled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions for a full refund. Cancellations made two weeks prior to the booking are eligible for a 25% refund. No refunds are issued within 48 hours of the scheduled charter unless due to severe weather.

How do I secure my booking?
You can lock in your rate by placing a $100 deposit, valid for 24 hours. Final availability is confirmed after review.

Can I pay in cash?
All bookings must be paid online in advance. Tips for the captain may be given in cash, Zelle, Venmo, or other methods.

How much should I tip the captain?
A 20% tip is standard and appreciated for excellent service.

Is there a security deposit?
A security deposit of up to $500 may be authorized (not charged) to cover any potential damages during your charter.
